01 General Provisions

3.4 Fraudulent Activity

If chargebacks, fake transactions, or any fraudulent activity is detected, 546db reserves the right to forfeit all funds in that account and permanently close the account.

3.5 KYC Verification

546db may request a national ID card, passport, or other documents for identity verification (KYC) at any time. Failure to provide the required information within the specified time may result in withdrawal being put on hold.

04 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

546db offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus up to ৳5,000. Claiming this bonus means the following conditions apply automatically.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. For example, receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawal.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus may be used once only.
• Bonus funds may only be used to place bets within a specified limit.
• Withdrawals cannot be made until bonus wagering is complete.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless otherwise stated in the promotional notice.
• 546db reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

If any strategy is used to exploit the bonus system (such as arbitrage betting or bonus hunting), the account will be suspended and related winnings will be voided.

05 VIP Program and Cashback

546db has five VIP tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Progression through VIP tiers depends on your overall activity on the platform. 546db reserves the right to change cashback amounts and conditions. Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 546db:

• Fraud, deception, or obtaining funds through illegal means.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to place bets.
• Applying collaborative or coordinated betting strategies.
• Money laundering or suspicious transactions.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform for unfair advantage.
• Assisting minors in opening accounts.
• Misconduct or threats toward 546db staff.

If any of these activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately, all funds may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken.

07 Gaming and Betting Rules

7.2 Right to Void Bets
